I would question the authenticity of this actual review. Considering the post was Anonymous! I have only sold one home in Del Mar in 2014, and the client was a third time repeat client. This fabricated review, has been sent to Zillow for review, as the claim must be proven. Zillow, who is required to investigate, has yet to follow up with the complaint. Zillow however, is very quick to ask for money to advertise on their site. In fact, this would be a great time to educate the public on how Zillow works. When searching for a home, the agent who appears on the listing is other not the actual listing agent. When you call the number that appears on the screen, the call is sent to an agent who pays the highest dollar amount to Zillow for that position. Not only is it misleading to the public, you also run the risk of getting an inexperienced agent, you basically paid Zillow for the call. Clearly, if one can’t earn the business ethically, one can always pay Zillow.
